Ashmont Elementary Community School is located in the hamlet of Ashmont (approximately 212 kilometers northeast of Edmonton) and is under the jurisdiction of the St. Paul Education Regional Division # 1.

Ashmont Elementary Community School is an ECS to Grade 6 School with a population of about 350 students. Many of our students are from the Saddle Lake and Goodfish Lake Reserves, which lie in close proximity to the school. Ninety-seven percent of our students are of declared Aboriginal ancestry and include First Nation, Métis and Inuit heritage.
